Waqfiyyat Khair Al-Urdon is a charitable endowment (waqf) established to revive the Sunnah of waqfs. The waqfiyyah acts as a trustee on behalf of people who pay zakat and ensures that their zakat and charitable donations reach their rightful recipients.

The waqfiyyah does not charge any administrative fees or salaries for its staff.
All those involved in the waqfiyyah are volunteers and do not receive financial compensation.
All donations received by the waqfiyyah are distributed in full to eligible recipients.
The waqfiyyah is committed to delivering donations to any specific entity or place as requested by the donor within the territory of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, whether it be to the poor (fuqara’), the needy (masakin), widows (aramil), refugee camps, or remote areas.

The waqfiyyah has provided direct financial support to over ten thousand families since its recent establishment.
The waqfiyyah has also supported many income-generating projects for poor families.
Additionally, it has paid off the debts of numerous gharimat (women in debt).
The Khair Al-Urdon Waqfiyyah practically implements charitable endowment practices in order to revive the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It facilitates performing good deeds and encourages people to contribute to acts of charity and benevolence.
It is a self-managing legal entity with independent financial liability and aims to promote the culture of Islamic charitable endowments. It undertakes development activities through an integrated vision that takes into account the needs and priorities of the community. It holds the right to own, transfer, and invest waqf assets.
